BLE Sense is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of BLE Sense.
